INTRO

Hey guys! So I've decided to start this blog as a way to keep log of all my fitness related stuff and rambles. I don't know if this will ever evolve into something greater, and as of now I don't really care to be honest.
So, I'm 17 years old and I live in Portugal. Although I'm very young I've acquired some knowledge in the fitness area since I've been training since I was only 14 years old. Now bare in mind that anything I say/do is only "bro science" since I don't have any diploma to give credit to my knowledge. Feel free to take my advice and tips but bare in mind that YOU were the one choosing to do so.
This is just a quick "presentation" kind of thing and soon I'll be posting my current routine, diet, height, weight and all that good stuff. Keep tuned crossfitters!

P.s.: I'm totally not a crossfitter, my name come's from the fact of me being a great fan of Calum von Moger (check him out) and if you know him you probably already know that he jokes a lot with cross fit. No hate intended tho. As long as you're doing what you enjoy and being healthy it's all good.
